도입원재의 표면 및 치수의 검사를 하며 냉간 압연시의 Top, End부의 미압연 발생 Loss를 줄이기 위하여 Hot Coil의 양단에 Leader Strip을 용접 부착하는 공정.
Leader Strip is welded both sides of hot coil, examining surface and dimension of material to reduce non rolling part, when performing cold rolling.

Sutface is ground with grind belt to produce high end product(BA and MR) and to eliminate defect on coil surface occurred during working hours prior to cold rolling.

Hot Coil을 냉간 압연하는 압연기로써 압연 ROll이 상하 20단이고 양쪽 Reel에 장력을 주면서 압연하는것으로 스테인리스스 강판과 같이 고강도,정밀도를 요하는 제품을 위하여 특별히 고안된 압연기임.
lt is specially designed rolling mill for products requiring high strength and precisinon, such as stainless steel plate. lt is used to roll hot coil, with tension on both reel.

열처리 및 산세(Annealing & Pickling)
냉간 압연시 발생한 스테인리스강의 내부조직 변화를 열처리하여 회복시킴과 동시에 열처리에서 발생한 표면의 고온산화물(Scale)을 제거하고 표면의 부동태피막 처리하여 스테일리스강 고유의 표면을 부여하는 공정.
lt is process to give unique surface of stainless steel by eliminating scale on surface and covering with passivity layer while heat treatment recovers modified internal structure of stainless steel occurred during cold rolling.

광휘소둔(Bright Annealing)
냉간 압연 시 스테인리스강의 내부조직 변화를 무산소 분위기(암모니아 분해가스)에서 열처리하여 회복시키는 공정이며(Degreasing)조와 열처리로 구분되어 있다.
Modified internal structure of stainless steel occurred during cold rolling is recovered by heat treatment under oxygen free atmosphere. lt is divide by degreasing and heat treatment.

열처리된 스테인리스 판재품을 적은 하중과 장력으로 압연하는 공정으로 형상을 개선하고 광택을 부여하는 공정.
lt is process to roll heat treated stainless plate with load and tension in order to improve form and give gloss.

형상교정

형상교정(Tension Levelling)
냉간압연과 열처리를 거치면서 변형된 판재의 형상을 강한 인장력으로 교정하여 평탄도를 확보하는 공정.
Modified form through cold molding and heat treatment is leveled by strong tension to give flatness.

코일표면연마(Polishing)

코일표면연마(Coil Polishing & Finish Polishing)
고속회전하는 연마지를 이용하여 스테인리스강 표면을 냉간연마하여 원하는 조도의 표면을 얻는 공정으로 표면마무리 #4, HL 제품을 주로 생산하는 공정.
Surface of stainless steel is rolled by sandpaper which rotates at high speed to achieve desired illumination on surface. lt is used to produce finishing #4, HL prodeusts.
